River's an easy fold.

OT: Isn't this actually .50-1 on PokerRoom? I never got why they labelled it 1-1.

This hand is kind of weird, he must have showed you a busted heart draw at the end or something ? The only other thing I can see is that he had AQ, 44 or some pocket pair that made a set on the end, but none of these really make sense so I still lean heavily on a bluff here.

That said the river fold is standard without some sort of read that he bluffs when he misses his draw (some people do this everytime). I might bet more on the turn since you picked up a few outs there, but i don't think it effects the outcome of the too much.

I think because all their tables are labelled according to the Limit system - $3-$6 etc., and they're too lazy to have a different system for NL.

The 4.5:1 pot odds make a call tempting, but the fact he has deliberately given you those odds with his mini-raise makes it unlikely he is bluffing and dictates a fold. Having said that if he is a strong player and knows you are capable of making a strong laydown he could have deliberately mini-raised on a bluff for that reason. I haven't played at this level, but that seems pretty advanced for SSNL.

I wouldn't bet the river. The draw won't pay you a penny but AA, QQ, 44, 88,77, AQ, A4, A8, A7 will pay or raise. Villain played the hand strangely. He doesn't seem to be a very good player. If you had been overly aggressive with your top pairs it might be a good idea to play a set or top two slow with you here. In that case, why BB min-raised? He should go all-in.

If your opponent is no good (a likely case) I'd call here, it might be a fancy play with missed draw, single ace or perhaps a misclick. If he's good, I'd fold. But again, I would never bet it on the river against a good player.
