Default 4-handed common situation

$10 SnG FYI, but it doesn't matter. Table is 4 handed and blinds are, let's say 150/300. You have approx 2BB and just posted the SB. Folded to you, BB has you covered by 100. Is this a "push any two"? I really can't see myself "giving away" 450 to my only competitor for 3rd place... Correct?
