Default Re: How do YOU use the auto check, raise, check/fold, check/call buttons?

I use autofold any time there is a bet I don't want to call. This applies to preflop and postflop.

I use fold-to-any-bet after I check the river if I can't call anything.

Once someone limps I will use autocheck or autocheckfold from the BB. Once people see the limper a subsequent insta-check by me doesn't carry any extra meaning. Before anyone puts money in using autocheck in the BB is a tell. If the table sees a limp followed instantly by fold-fold-...-fold-check the inference is that my hand is so pathetic I would not even raise if the SB open-completed.

Postflop if an early player is deliberating at length, I will use check or checkfold. This doesn't provide any useful information because I obviously had plenty of time to think about what I would do if it checked to me.

I find that autoraise postflop is a reverse tell that means "I wish you would fold". Almost no one has the nerve to use it when they really want to be paid. Usual disclaimer about zillion-tablers applies.
