if one signs up on pokerhand.org (allegedly not a
TOC breaker). Otherwise, is play a different network
the only other option? If not, how does one get the
extra $ on Party? Very much a N00b in the subject
of increasing profit and would gladly accept any PMs

I'm not sure why pokerhand.org would get anyone banned. I am thinking you might be misinterpreting the purpose of that site. People voluntarily post single hands at that site, to make them easier to share with others for review. It is not like prophecy, poker edge, or anything like that.
