Default CCing from the SB

Lately I caught myself CCing raises pf with hands like KJo and QJs. Is this bad or am I just overthinking myself?

It depends on the situation really.
It depends on who raises are there any other CC'ers.
If its from the CO or button Id 3 bet.

But generally Id fold them.

What he said is right on. It depends on who raised from what position & also depends on your pot odds. An UTG raise with a bunch of cold calls gives you great pot odds for trying to hit 2-pair or a draw, but also hands like KJ are likely dominated a lot more.
