Default KK, double-paired board, river value bet

This was about 15 hands in, Party 20+2. Villain got his chips by doubling from 600 with KK which he'd open-limped UTG+1. He's been in a bunch of pots so far, but hasn't done anything too notable.

The river bet here is pretty standard, right? How's the amount? If he has a ten he bets at some point, and if he's at all reasonable he's not going to have a 6. I'm figuring this is a bet he could call with 77-99. If I get check-raised, is it a fold?

This sure gets a lot easier if you actually bet the flop.

Since you didn't, check behind or go all in.
