Yes, I think so. You have much more information about his hand than he does about yours, and if he's a thinking player, he's trying to understand your massive PF overbet. Your show gives him way too much information about it.

His responsive show helps you somewhat, but AA is certainly in the range of hands he'd play just that way -- so his showing doesn't get you that much.

Once the big overbet is in, I would have played it just like you did -- except for the show.
