Default 3/6: Turn C/R I wait for the river to pop him

CO is a LAG/TAG 30/20/2 over 210

PokerRoom 3/6 Hold'em (4 handed, 5 max)

Preflop: Hero is on the BT with Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
CO raises, Hero 3-bets, SB folds, BB folds, CO calls

Flop: (7 SB) 2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 4 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
CO checks, Hero bets, CO calls

Turn: (4.5 BB) 5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
CO checks, Hero bets, CO raises, Hero calls

I figure there's a pretty good chance he has Jx here. I'm planning on raising a river blank. i.e. non-A,K,J,3

River: (8 BB) 4 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
CO bets, Hero raises

What do I do with a 3-bet?
