How about Memphis? The weather seems horrible, crime rate is high and seemingly not much going on. The small bright sides would be Graceland and being very close to Tunica.

I can't believe someone said "Dallas" sure the sports have seen better days there but the city is great.

Memphis is one of my most favorite cities in America. Great blues clubs and BBQ joints, the people are really friendly and the girls have charming southern accents. It's too humid in the summer, I'll grant that.

Oakland, and it's ridiculous to say Sacramento. Sacramento isn't a great place, but Oakland is a cesspool.
