Pig's feet. WTF? These things walk around in a pool of their own feces all day, and you want to eat their fuggin' FEET? Why is it that everyone I see buying them, whether in a store or on TV, is black? You'd think after all the [censored] black people have had to eat over the years, that they wouldn't buy more....

Im 100% sicilian, and I eat pigs feet all the time. In fact, I last night my family got together to make salsissa and red sauce, and we put pigs feet in the sauce (you take them out after). Weve also put rabbit, quail etc in the sauce for taste. I eat alligator on a regular basis, I dont know if people think its gross, but its awesome to me. I suggest getting to a cajun/creole joint and tryin git.
