Default should I have folded the turn?

Playing six handed online 15/30, button is a TAG who I know very well and he knows me as well, he is super-agressive post-flop, BB is a calling station and bad.

folded to button who raises, I 3-bet in the SB with AcKc, BB cold-calls, button calls.

Flop is AhQhJd
I bet, BB calls, button raises, I 3-bet, BB calls 2 more button caps, both call.

Turn is Qd
I check, BB checks, button bets, I call, BB calls

at this point I am almost sure the button and I are chopping at best and the BB looks to be on a flush draw

River Ad
I bet, BB calls and button folds.
