every time i bet turns like this i get popped and ask myself why i keep betting turns like this and vow to stop and take a frebbie. i vow again to do that!

getting 6-1 on the turn with 4+ outs (those jacks are dirty, so add what you want) he needs to be bluffing a decent % of the time here (doesnt seem like he will c.r anythign but a straight here for value). anotehr thing is, the check raise is almost always followed up by a lead on the river.......

on the + side, when you catch a K/Q you will gain two bets from him

i think the turn is a fold.

Either fold the turn or call the river... I don't like a turn check.

When I called on the turn, I planned on calling the river as well. When the As hit and he still bet, I got steered away from calling....thinking my chances of being good against a lower 2 pair or such were lessened. If he were TAG or LAG, I wouldn't have rested so much of my decision on the river card/continuation bet combo. Am I wrong in my thinking?

The A doesn't really change all that much. Fold the turn or call the river.
