AA UTG how much to 3-bet?
hero has around 600, villains have him covered.
hero opens in UTG for 24, UTG+1 calls, MP raises to 48, hero repops it to? wasn't sure how much exactly to raise since UTG+1 may be a factor. sorry if this is obvious just wanted a line check. |

200 for sure. Then the flop is just PSB no matter what hits and you gave no one correct odds.

[/ QUOTE ] sorry what's psb? had i raised it to 150, if UTG+1 doesn't call, MP is only getting slightly below the right price to break me with a set, no? as the hand played out anyhow, UTG+1 called (to my surprise), and MP called. flop QTx two clubs. hero's action? |

Re: AA UTG how much to 3-bet?
PSB = pot sized bet. And yeah, the difference between 150 and 200 is not that great. But the guy obviously likes his hand, it is multi-way, you are out of position, why not just make your life easy and make it a no-brainer? Make it 200 and then push any flop. Easiest hand in history.

PSB = Pot Sized Bet
I push here... your only other options are check/fold and check/call (unless it's somehow checked through).... and I hate them both. |
