Party server problems - is our money safe?

I just pulled everything off of eurobet. This stuff about the stock market/DDOS attacks just scares me too much. Who's to say they won't just run off with all our money if they go under? I'd like to hear other opinions on this; I realize there are many other threads but wanted to start one specifically about pulling money off.
