Default Where should I live for the next few months?

Want to go somewhere from Mid December for 4 months. Gonna play poker, so need a good net connection.

Want

Nice weather
Nice, friendly people
Cheap to live in
Good food
Hot girls who like Westerners
Relatively safe for a foreigner
Beautiful scenery nearby, chance to go hiking, rafting etc.
etc.

I was planning on Chiang Mai, but I have been there before, and even though I think it is great I think I should try out a different kind of place. Perhaps South America, though I am open to anywhere, and could well go back to Chiang Mai if I don't fall in love with somewhere else.

On the general hold'em forum some people were talking about this, and I think eastern europe was mentioned a lot.

This is easy oz. Its summer there, the girls love americans, and its prolly 30% cheaper. Surfers paradice is pretty sweet, and sydney is sorta cool but not that cheap.

I would be looking for somewhere cheaper than Oz. Somewhere where you can get a good meal for US$3.
