Default Advice on Home Game NL rebuy

The home game I play is doing something different next week. A NL rebuy. $40 to start and $40 rebuy before the 3 round. Rounds are 20 mins. I never done a rebuy before, should I rebuy right away or wait till the last min.?

If you believe that you are better than the average player at this game then rebuy right away.

You shouldn't allow rebuys until you bust out or at the very least until they are under a certain amount of chips, say 50%. The reason casinos do this is to get more money into the pot, not becasue its a great way to structure a tourney.

Why isn't this a "great" way to structure a tourney?
