Default Opinions of Coral/Eurobet for US customers

Coral/Eurobet is running a pretty juicy bonus for new signups:
(I found on the bonuswhores website)

http://www.eurobetpoker.com/esop/1/index.html

and here's the bonus (from the website):

P.S. Fancy some free chips? If you are new to Eurobetpoker, don’t forget to quote the reference “PE200” when you first credit your poker account. You will receive a 25% bonus, up to $200.

I take it Eurobet is a sports book front end and Coral is the Party Poker skin behind it. As I understand it, I have to open an account with Eurobet AND Coral (or maybe they are one in the same like Intertops), deposit and then transfer to Coral??

Opinions? Comments? Experiences?

I'm actually doing it right now. It's a little complicated but worth it. You sign up for an account via the website, deposit via the website, then transfer from the sportsbook to poker via the website (make sure you input the code at this point, it is PE200), then you are free to play the 1000 hands needed. I assume you'll have to transfer back to cashout, though I'm not that far yet.

One thing you should look out for is load the poker client and make sure its going to allow you to play before transferring from the sportsbook to poker. If you get the "you already have an account at party" type crap then you may have to do some other things.

Is it possible to do this deposit via NETeller? When you go to the sign up page it has currency set at GBP, and it won't let me change it. It also says that you need a minimum of 5 deposit to complete the sign up, so I just want to make sure that I don't screw something up right away that would disallow me to get the great bonus that they're offering.

I play all my poker through CoralEurobet (but i am not from the US). No they are not two seperate companies but one which operates a sportsbook, a casino and is indeed a "skin" of partypoker. One account will allow access to all these options.

US customers can have all their accounts in US Dollars if they wish so to take out the exchange rate problems whilst European players have all their accounts in either Euros or GB pounds. This makes the site accessable and available to all.

You can use neteller and credit and debit cards for deposits and withdrawals. For UK customers there is the added bonus of using Switch which allows money to be transferred from you bank account and bank immediately.

Anyway all in all they are a very large and reputable company and i play all my poker through them averaging around 5000 hands a week. They also run a nice affiliate scheme which gives me a nice monthly rake kickback.

If they are offering a nice bonus get in there and take advantage.

My currency is set to USD and I was able to use Neteller no problem. I'm not sure why it isn't working for you.

I just did this as well. If you have a party skin on your computer already the process is a little bit more involved. here's a cliff notes version for those interested.

1. Create a eurobet account (through the website) and deposit (I'm not sure where you have to put in the PE200 code but I did it everywhere there was a space for it just in case).

2. On a "clean" computer that does not have a party skin installed already download the eurobet poker client and install. You must setup your account on the clean computer first otherwise you will get an error message.

3. Log into the poker client on the clean computer, transfer money from eurobet to eurobet poker (remember PE200). Log out and log back in.

4. At this point you should be able to download and install the eurobet poker client on your main computer and use it without any problems to clear the 1000 raked hands.

I don't think I missed any steps...as was already noted it's likely you'll have to transfer back to cashout, but I'm not to that point yet either.

Peace,
J

I dont think you will have any problems if you already have party installed on your PC. I have and i play and use CoralEurobet all the time without any problems whatsoever. In fact i have accounts with both Coral and CoralEurobet on the same PC under the same details and debit card numbers. To be honest they dont seem that bothered as long as they are getting your business.

When you try to setup a new skin you'll get an error message the first time you attempt to log into the new program. (This is a new thing they've started doing in the last couple months).

Once you have an established account (via the workaround explained above) you can use them on the same computer. Now that I have a eurobet account I have all the party skins and use them on the same computer (even at the same time) it's the setup process that's causing the problem.

Sorry if I didn't make that clear.

Peace,
J

Yep, as Jason said, it's just the setup that sometimes causes a problem. I have the other 4 skins on my computer but had no problem installing Eurobet from the same one, but I've already heard from a few that haven't gotten it to work yet. The steps Jason outlined seem like the best way to go about things if you are getting the error message about already having a Party account. Does Eurobet ever offer reloads by the way?

Not that i know of. This offer of up to $200 is the best one that they have done so far (they must be getting serious about getting more players now!!!). When i set mine up some months ago i only got $50. But as i am now part of the affiliate program i dont get anymore bonuses of any kind as i get my rake kicked back to me.

Like i say it wouldnt surprise me if they started offering more and more bonuses now in an attempt to grab some of partypokers players. So keep your eyes open.....if i see anything i will post it here for you.
