Is there a quality site that offers sitngoes for less that 5+.50? I saw someone post here that they played $1 sngs.

I'm almost positive ultimatebet offers $1.10 sit and go's. That's a quality site.

I play $3.30 sit and go's at a NON-QUALITY site (americascardroom.com), but the site does have an extremely high volume of bad players.

Absolute Poker has .50 +.10 tables. It was at their $2.00+.20 tables where my love affair with sngs began. I just checked out their site again after a couple months at Party. They raised it to $2.00+.25, those bastards.

Of all those listed, UB's might not quite be the cheapest, but with normal rake and still cheap it's almost certainly your best start point.
