Default Software Error on Pacific Poker Costs Me Big Pot

A friend suggested that for looser than loose games I try Pacific Poker. So, Saturday night I have QQ in the small blind at a $200 NL table. My stack is about $400. Two players limp (MP and CO). I type in a raise of $10, but when I hit the raise button the software folds my hand (there was plenty of time left on the timer)! BB checks. So, only $7 in the pot.

The flop comes Q-5-5!

BB checks, MP player checks and CO moves all-in (he had about $150). The other players fold and he takes the pot (with J6).

Jesus Christ, that pisses me off!

Any thoughts on how to pursue it with Pacific and whether I'm likely to get any positive response?
