Silencing players at PP?

Is there some way to report an abusive Party Poker player and get him silenced at the tables? I have a few in my database who are complete abusive jerks, relentlessly tormenting inferior players. They never pick on me, and they don't bother me, but they're scaring away the fish, and I want them to stop. Of course, talking to them about it doesn't solve the problem; it just gets them yelling at me.

Is there some administrator you can report abuse to, and if so, how do you do it? Thanks.
