Big Slick misses

Party 5/10, 1 loose limper in middle position (MP), I raise sitting 1 to his left, with A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. Loose player calls in late postion (LP), he's a loose raise caller, and a bit of a calling station, but his hand is probably a typical limping hand (medium pair or semi-connected and probably suited cards). Big Blind also calls.

Checked to me, I bet, LP calls, BB folds, MP calls.

** Dealing Turn ** : [ Jh ]

Turn is checked thru.

** Dealing River ** : [ Ad ]

MP bets, I call, LP folds.

Comments? I thought decisions were close on each street. Anyone check flop? Should I have bet the turn or raised the river?

Any chance LP will fold on the flop giving you the button? If so, I like the flop bet, if not, I'm indifferent on the flop bet. Turn was lucky to have him check behind although you may have been ahead. Always a tricky situation. I'll bet the turn if I'm LP/MP are the type to call one on the flop and give up on the turn. River was standard.

Some chance, it's hard to guess how often he will fold here. It's not likely he will fold. It's also unlikely he would raise.

I thought there was a decent chance everyone wiffed on this flop. I was hoping BB and MP would fold. I don't know if the fact that LP was likely to call, even with very little, would mean it's more likely BB and MP would fold. MP was loose preflop, I wasn't sure how he played post flop.

I don't think he is likely to bet, unless I'm behind. I'm not sure he bets a medium pair here, probably, but not certain. And if he does, I will be last to act, so I can fold if he gets check/raised and call closing the action if MP doesn't raise.
