Default Tricky overpair OOP

This was from 4/8 live. I keep coming back to it because I'm not sure I made the right play.

Villain was a loose passive calling station (most of the table was). Either he or the guy to his left had previously limped in with aces (unfortunately I can't remember with confidence which one).

Folded to CO who limps. I raise from the SB with 77. BB and CO call.
Flop 633r. I bet, BB folds, CO raises, I ???
