Mucked cards on Absolute

Can anyone tell me why I can see my opponents mucked cards sometimes, and other times I can't?

I'm vexed.

Using PAHUD? I have no clue. I've been wondering the same thing.

the new system allows you to see mucked cards if you were involved to the river. If you folded preflop you wont see the mucked cards.

In both PAHUD and the Instant Replay window. At times I should usually be able to see what everyone had I can't, in either one.

What's the point of doing it at all if you're only allowing those involved through the river to have the information? This sucks ass.

Casino rules would usually only allow people involved until showdown to insist on seeing mucked hands.

But once they do the cards are exposed to everyone at the table, not passed around to only those people who were there at showdown.

Show one, show all is one of the most basic rules of poker. Bad policy on AP's part.

Ethics question: if two players are telling each other their opponents' mucked cards during the game, but not otherwise colluding, are they cheating?

Interesting question.

It's probably unethical, but if the site or casino makes it possible for this to happen I wouldn't consider it cheating since they're not technically breaking the rules.

In other words, if only certain people are allowed to see the cards I don't see how it could be against the rules for those people to tell certain other people what they were.

Are you retired Stella? I haven't seen you around much.

It sucks, but not as much as it previously sucked when no one could see cards mucked at showdown.

Absolute seems to be improving as they go along, so I'll give them credit for that.
