Default Deep 5/10 hand ps

Not many reads on villian, he is not good, but not a complete idiot either. 3 hands before this i flopped a Jhi flush, he just called my flop bet, turn he weak led (1/3ish pot) and i raised almost full pot... he thought for a very long time and folded. I suspect he wanted to weak lead again as soon as possible, whether to bluff 3 bet, or with the nuts I was not sure.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $10 BB (3 handed)

BB ($2186)
Hero ($3257.50)
SB ($606)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
Hero raises to $30, 1 fold, BB calls $20.

Flop: ($65) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB bets $40, Hero raises to $130, BB raises to $370, Hero calls $240.

Turn: ($805) 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB bets $800,
HERO?

Final Pot: $1605

EDIT: I should correct myself... villian is not excellent but not awful either, I'm not sure exactly where in between

Tough one, might be correct to fold at the flop to the 3bet.

But when you called that you have to fold at 4th street.

push turn and river fh. I think it's too weak to lay set here 3 handed.

Fold. If this was Q93 it's a different story, if it's QJ4 and you have 444 maybe, but this is a clear fold and I'm glad you made it.

3 handed you don't think he would play two pair the same way? He probably re-raises JJ/QQ PF. Its a tough spot.

I don't think he has a higher set here, I'm really thinking QJs or AQ or something lame. The dilemma here is that if you reraise for any kind of information, you are basically committed. The main question you have to ask is would he reraise his JJ or QQ preflop.
