Default My 1/2NL Revelation

While playing a 10 hour 1/2NL session at the MGM I noticed a strange phenomena. About every half hour a chip runner would bring over a rack of $1 chips for the dealer. But on virtually every hand at least one person needed change for their $5 chip. Looking around the table, nobody had even close to a single stack of $1's.

Then the light went on and for the first time I fully realized the magnitude of the rake and dealer and waitress tokes.

The only way to fight back is to be sure the waitress always has a drink on her tray for you.
