Default laying down a flush

Poker Stars 30-60 again. This was a good game, but I had a lot of trouble with this one. The BB I didn't have a good read on, but the button appears to be very loose.

30-60 9-handed. converter

Preflop: Hero has A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] in the cutoff.
3 folds, MP calls, LP folds, Hero raises, button calls, SB folds, BB calls.

Flop: (9 SB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
BB bets, MP calls, Hero raises, button calls, BB three-bets, MP folds, Hero caps, button calls, BB calls.

Turn: (11 BB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
BB checks, Hero bets, button calls, BB raises, Hero 3-bets, button calls, BB caps, Hero calls, button calls, BB calls.

River: (23 BB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].

BB checks, Hero checks, button bets, BB raises, Hero folds.

26 BBs in the pot now. Comments?

I would bet it myself and call a raise so as not to be in this spot.
