Default Riv-daddy - Is this a bet-fold?

I'm at school now and just recalling a hand from last night.

5/10 10-handed

Hero is MP2 with 9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

If not mentioned, they folded
Folded to me, I open-raise, CO cold calls, BB calls

Flop:
9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]T [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

BB checks, I bet, CO calls, BB folds.

Turn: 2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

I bet, CO calls.

River: Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

I bet, CO raises, Hero?

A read would help, but I'm leaning towards a fold here.

If villain is aggressive I'm much happier checking to him on the river to induce a bluff. An aggressive villain will also bet two pair while a passive villain won't. No reads I think betting is fine.

Edit: Without a read I'm not folding.
