Default Help with all the \"processes\" i have running

Hey all,
I know this probably hard to figure out--but I have a bunch of processes running and I am not sure which are good and bad.

Someone helped me about 1.5 year ago. Was hoping for the same again.

Here is what I got (all are ".exe" unless noted otherwise

That links to a site where you can check out various processes. If you regularly use programs like SpyBot or Adaware, then you probably aren't infested with spy/malware. But you don't necessarily need all of those running. Go to Run, type in msconfig and click enter, and the system configuration utility will come up. Then click on the startup tab where you can uncheck various programs that load on setup. Regarding the instances of svchost, that is part of your Norton's and there can be multiple instances running at the same time. Also google for hijackthis and download and run it, to check all the processes any time you think there might be a problem.
