Party Poker bonus status -- "elapsed" ?

I'm kind of new to this party reload bonus thing. I did a $500 deposit just now on the 20UPTO100GIFT code (I was not target for this.. just got the code off here). On my bonus status screen the bonus is there with an expiry date of Nov 30, 1200 raked hands required, however the bonus status is 'elapsed'?

Party's help screen does not describe what elapsed status is.

elapsed means you're screwed... email support and see what the dealio is

Grr.. just tried the poker players' alliance bonus and this also appears as elapsed.. anyone ever had this issue?

I did get an e-mail saying that $100 was released into my bonus account.

Party Bonuses this month were account specific.

If you have another bonus pending that is more than $200 then you will be playing for that bonus and the other bonus is "elapsed" and you cant get it

If youve cashed out reciently, you wont qualify for the PPl bonus..Some have said that they called and got it fixed. I, However was DEnied..
