Default Hand critique (live)

Ok, so I have about 120 chips, my friend has 80. HU freezeout for a few bucks.

No blinds, just antes, 1/1, I'm IP here.

Hero = 56c in the CO.

Hero checks, Villain checks.

Flop 7s, 6s, 2d
Villain checks, Hero bets 2, Villain calls.

Turn Ah
Villain checks, Hero checks.

River 6d
Villain moves all-in for 70+ chips. Hero calls.

This is like the 10th hand, and the first poker game I've ever played with him. (we were like 10 minutes in) I know he likes big bets, but he'll do this with weaker hands too.

I´d just play it "defensive" then.
I dont think my hand is ever better than trip 6´s after checking the turn through here with the draw out there, so if I fold this he is making money pushing any two.
