Stupid UB Question

Where the [censored] do I find my bonus account total?

My Account -> Pending Bonus Dollars.

Okay, in My Account there is a column on the left with personal info, change password, and change email. In the right column, there is my real money account status, deposit/transfer/withdraw, ultimate points with redeem and upc links, and then play money.

Where should the pending bonus account link be? I am very unfamiliar with UB and am not sure if maybe it just didn't show up and I wasn't credited with the bonus?

I'd post a screen but don't know how. Sorry for the stupidity.

It's quite possible you are not seeing it because it's not there as nothing shows up unless you actually have bonus dollars. I made a deposit today and didn't receive the bonus. I emailed UB support and they credit my account with the bonus about 1.5 hours later.
