Default Referring somebody for Party... what should I do?

So some guy I recently met wants to start an accoutn online, but i know for a fact he won't be a big roller or winner, so it doesn't make sense to ask for MGR%. Should I do the refer-a-friend offer on PP and get $50, or create an affiliate accoutn and refer him and get $65. He's probably the only person I'll really refer, so would that affect making the affiliate account if I can't get new signups? Which method is best? Thanks

if you are not going to refer anyone for the next 3 months, and dont see this guy having $250+ in rake you might as well do the 65$ flat rate. however, doing the refer a friend is going to be much easier for you. its only 50$ and you get the money right away.
