Can't help but be reminded of the old lawyers in quicksand joke ....... not a bad start ........ of course I am talking about criminals in prison .... the arguement that this percentage is disproportionate is empty.

[/ QUOTE ] Well, the violent crime blacks are kept behind bars like animals because they acted like animals. The drug ones should be let out because they're no harm to anyone. That would probably cut the percentage from 5% to about 3%.
