General question about J10 suited
Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I am pretty sure that mathematically J10 suited is the best drawing hand in hold em. Nonetheless, when I am playing my best game, I try not to play it, limiting it to only three situations:
1) When stealing the blinds 2) When defending the blinds 3) Limping from late position after some other limpers. Are there other situations where you guys find J10 suited to be a playable hand in limit games 30/60 and above? My BB/hand winrate when playing it is .54. Is that too low or pretty good? Comments appreciated. |

Re: General question about J10 suited
JTs is a good drawing hand, but I like the BIG draw, namely, AA. By the way, .54 / 100 is amazing, but your sample size is probably way too small.
Good luck. Eric |

Re: General question about J10 suited
for specific hands like JTs 100k hands is not enough sample size to determine approximate winrates with that hand. .54BB is amazing with JTs and should probably be more in the range of .06BB. you need like 100k hands to get an idea of your winrate, so you pretty much need 100k hands alone for JTs to approximate the winrate of that hand itself.
id start opening JTs from MP2 in a tough game like 30/60. of course its appropriate to limp behind players with this earlier as well. |
