Yeah I have had the discussion about on-line euchre play for money and that being the biggest problem. It would be VERY dificult to prove as well.... [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

Something like a quarter per person for games wouldn't draw collusion though - would just be fun

Considering that their is collusion in the FREE games, I would think quarter games would only increase the amount of collusion. I agree, it would not be widespread, and for the vast majority of people it would be just for fun.

i'd like to find a minesweeper tournament somewhere. i usually get scores between 100-flat to 115 (seconds) expert level. that would catapult me into super-nerd status!

I used to play in some minesweeper ones, i think the site was called worldwinner or something (the link was through yahoo games, not sure if it still there).

Even with the high rake, the games were very beatable at first (they group you with other beginners). The problem is as you win, they move you up a level and you have to play against tougher competition, and then the rake starts to eat you alive. But my best minesweeper time on expert is only like 138, so maybe you will have better than luck than I did.
