Default Big slick versus a rock

Alright, villain is 15.8/7.5 over 200 hands.
However, his overall agression factor is 2 and his flop agression is 4.5. Is my line standard here? What is your plan if he calls the flop reraise, what is your plan if he raises....wanted to see if your thinking was the same as mine.

if he goes over the top fold, obviously. if the turn brings a club that's pretty good, you have a lot of FE i'd consider 2/3 pot bet. if no club check/call behind a reasonable bet.
