Default wohoo, new record (and a question)

that was a first for me, eliminated the first hand of a multi

maybe i'm just whining, but i'd like to know if anyone folds here:

So, first hand, NL holdem blinds 10/20, stacks 1000
I'm on the button with A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
one limper, MP raise to 40, LP call, I raise to 220.
4 callers

flop A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
MP goes all-in, LP calls and it's on me.
I'm afraid of AT, and there's the flushdraw, but i decied to call.

I'm up against AT and K6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

the last [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] falls and i'm out

Anyone fold this one after two all-in:ers?

Short answer, yes. Do you really think AK is good after an all in and a call? I would fold. I'd love to hear others opinions though.

I think (thought) at least one of them was on the draw, and the other on a decent ace, maybe AT through AK, or trip tens. In the heat of the moment I estimated my chanses to be good enough, maybe I was wrong

Btw. it was a 15+1 super to the super to WSOP at Prima

Easy call. Your raise with 4 callers put the pot at about T1100, and the all-in bet is apparently about T880. You're getting 3.25:1 on the call, and it's not like these people have to have you beat. I mean, why can't the bettor have AQ? Would AQ check-fold here, or check-call, or bet out? If they choose to bet out, there is no point in betting anything other than all-in.

Funny thing is, given the short stacks to begin with, you might have considered raising all-in rather than to T220. Not saying that would've been best, but it wouldn't have been terrible either. Shows you how little play tourneys can have. 1 call, 1 mini-raise, 1 more call, and now a pot-sized reraise is over 20% of your stack.

Personally, I would have folded the hand. If you raised to 220, I would assume the guy MP would have made trips or two pair to go all in after the size of your bet before the flop. With the second caller, it would be correct to think he was on a flush draw. Therefore, it being the first hand and not wanting to put the whole tournament at risk, I would fold and begin to rebuild my stack of chips.

I can't fold this online. So many times, you're going to be up against middle pair, Ace-rag, or a flush draw.
