In search of knowledge... Poker Videos

I did a search but didn't find anything so I seek to tap the forum's knowledge on instructional poker videos.

I read a lot in my spare time but would love any input on worthwhile videos (especially in DVD format) so I can watch while I workout or for days where I'd rather vegetate in front of the box instead of read.
