Default screenshots

can someone please tell me how to do a screenshot? Not a money shot, just a screenshot,

one way:

press the Print Screen key on your keyboard

open a Paint programme

paste the screenshot into the blank Paint page by pressing your Ctrl and v keys

If you pres the "Print screen" button on your keyboard it will dump the entire visable screen in to the clipboard, then using a program like MSPAINT you can use the paste function to paste the screen in there

If you hold the "Alt" key down and press the print screen button it will only copy the window which has the focus.

So assuming that I am capable of capturing the screenshot and applying it to mspaint (as described above), how do I send it to my affiliate? I have heard msword and excel mentioned, but I have neither of these--are they necessary? HELP HELP!!! Thanks

save it in My Documents and it becomes a simple file that you can attach to an e-mail
