1) use converter

2) raise more..every bet/raise in NL should give you a chance to win the pot

3) do not post results

That min.raise makes me cry. Raise bigger on the flop (enough to commit).

I like the lead. You have to reraise more on the flop. The board is way too scary to let villain see the turn for so cheap.
