Raising with SC's

I raise on occasion if I am first to enter the pot because if you raise and continuation bet the flop you often win it right there but mostly because if you hit a set of say sevens vs a preflopcalling AK AA KK etc you are likely to get alot of his stack since he cant really put you on that hand. better yet is to get the straight.
