Default Preflop play in SB [25NL 6max] [General question]

Coming from a limit background I tend to be quite tight in SB... is that the correct approach?

For example, everyone fold to button who limps... with what range of hand would you complete SB?

Assume average stats from both Button and BB (VIPI 20, PFR 12)

mid suited connectors, 1 gappers, pocket pair.

and I don't think those are average stats for NL25 players. if they are I should be switching tables.

I think they are looser. if they are this tight and this aggressive, I think you should switch tables, especially if you are sandwiched between them.

The average Party $25 6-max player is something like 18/12/3.

VIPI 18??? no way! I don't think I've ever been at a table with less than 20 average VPIP!! 40's and 60's are not unheard of either...
