Quick Intertops cashout question

I recently signed up for Intertops. I just went to cash out my money and it does not give me a neteller option. Wtf? With both party and empire, when I click on the cash out option, the screen pops up with all my options. Intertops, a screen comes up but neteller is not on there.

Thoughts?

When you are talking about Intertops, you can't use "quick" and "cashout" in the same sentence.

To cash out from Intertops poker, you first have to cash out from the poker room to the casino. (You automatically opened a casino account when you opened your poker account.) Then you can cash out from the casino to Neteller.

I've got good news, and I've got bad news.

The good news is that the cashout TO the casino takes about a day.

The bad news is that the cashout FROM the casino takes about a week.

OK. It "cleared." Now how in god's name do get to my "casino account" so I can move it to neteller?

On your account page at the website. And yes, be prepared to wait 4-5 business days for the cashout.

When I go there, and click on cash out options, it does not list neteller as an option! ARRGGG!

Help me out please!? Do they have a phone #?

In the poker lobby, click on My Account, then on Go To My Account. Click then on the Sportsbook tab at the top right of the web page. Then click the Login button on the top left. Enter in your user info (remember that your user name is not the same as your screen name) and log in. Then click on "payments." Then scroll down to the bottom and there will be a Neteller icon and on the far right click on neteller under payout options. Then proceed to withdraw from neteller as normal.
