You should also bet the turn. Definitely value bet the river if checked to because a flush isn't checking there twice.

Yes, put in a $3-$4 value bet. Villain cannot count on you to bet and would probably have made a bet on the river.

Villain needs to be charged on the turn, then river action comes in to question.

Villian had J7 of hearts, and I lose. So I guess the flush does check twice here.

Did he check/call or check/raise the river? Action is much more important than his hand.

I realized I didnt put the river action in, he checked and I bet 4, he called.

As played, bet the river. You should usually be betting this turn heads up though. I don't want to give a Q with a single heart a free shot at cracking me.
