Default Systematic Improvement process?

Hi,

As a fairly new player, I've decided to get a bit more structured in improving. I've been killing .5/1 the last 15k hands, and just moved up to 1/2.

I've read the key books a few times, and think I understand pretty well the concepts in ToP, SSH, and i'm starting in on HEfAP.

I'm probably pretty weak in reviewing my own play. I've been using PT since I started 25K hands ago. But besides tracking the key indicators I don't do much with the info.

What "post session" activities should I get in the habit of doing? People say to review your play, what exactly do they mean?

Also, a while back, I remember a thread by bisonbison (which I can't find) that said a good habit to get into was to call out several things at each hand

- your outs, full and discounted
- pot odds

I remember there being a great deal more to his post than this, if anyone knows what I'm talking about...

thanks in advance for any thoughts or suggestions.
Regards,
Francis
