Default Any 2 cards range with eastbay\'s program

How can I do that? I tried 23o+,22+ but it doesn't work. I'm posting at his site's forum as well, but I figured I could get a faster response here.

* is any two. 22+ is all pairs but nothing else. If you download the latest test version, this is explained in the notation section.
