There's a 48 hour delay before you can withdraw.

You must wait 48 hours before you can make withdrawal.

I think they realized that was Thanksgiving Day, and extended it to Sunday, November 27th.

You need 600 points to clear a $600 deposit ($120 bonus). You get 5 points for every $1 paid in tournament fees. So if you are playing $20+2, you get 10 points per tournament, and you would have to play 60 of them to clear it.

Essentially, while you are clearing a bonus at Stars, you are getting 100% rakeback on tournament fees.
