Default quick pf question

folded to button who opens. He is decent, and is open raising a lot of hands here.

SB 3bets, he is unknown.

You hold AQs in the BB.

call? raise? fold?

raise > call > fold IMO

I like raising because we can maybe buy the button, calling I think is okay - we can play this hand multiway and can blow out button on the flop a lot, folding I think is weak.

say you cap, the flop comes K73 rainbow, none of your suit.
SB checks to you, button is left to act, do you bet this flop?

I would. You have decent fold equity for some random hand that BT has. He could have JT here for example. SB just checked so he could fold a lot of stuff too. I'd probably muck immediately to a raise or cr. Check most turns UI.

yep, I was hoping to get him to fold.

I felt a bet was best, b/c like Leader said, I have some fe, but I also felt that SB would check raise a K here, so it made the decision a little harder. He may also check raise me w/ 88 or something, so do I just fold to the check raise on the flop.
