Not playing poker here, I'm in a video game where everyone is on speed, how is my instinctual button clicking? No reads better than to say villains are pill-popping LAG's

Hand 1: easy PF 3-bet. I'm so cold capping that on the flop the way you played it. The way you played this hand tends to cost you a lot when you're behind and win you less then what it should when you're ahead.

Hand 2: Consider a raise PF (not always but mix it up). rest is standard.
