I'd rather have Mike come and give updates and not answer questions than get nothing from him at all.

Party Poker's leaders have consistently proven to be very adept at decisionmaking. Laugh if you want, and you will because you are self-loathing, but this move was great for them. Party Poker does not and should not care whether or not it is possible for us to earn a livelihood there.

What exactly makes you say this? Do you not understand that without winning players playing 4+ tables, Party would have EASILY 60% less "Players" at their tables? If no one made any $$$ in their games, then obviously no one would continue to play there in time. THis is why in places like Aruba, Poker is crap. They rake $15 max from pots, the game is unbeatable, and there are hardly any tables for a place where I'm pretty sure poker is completely legal everywhere. Winning players are not only wanted, but NECESSARY for the viability of ANY poker room. THis is not a casino.

Very surprising, coming from you...

I don't know how I missed this after reading this party news for like 2 hours on 2+2, but... OMFGBBQ!!! THIS IS SO AWSOME!!!! HELLLSS YEAH!! I'm an empire affiliate, but I don't get rakeback for myself, so the only reason I used skins was to 8 table.

Hi Daliman,

I don't think winning players are necessary if the pool of fish is large enough. Winning players are only necessary if there is a need to get tables started. Whether or not 8-tabling TAGs increase or decrease longterm profits is up for debate.

Anyways, all I'm saying is that Party shouldn't care if any of us can make a living, they should care how much money they make, and I don't think this decision hurts them in regards to the bottom line.

The avg 2p2er generates far more $$ in rake than the avg fish. Why would party not see this and protect against us going elsewhere?

Yes, even after rakeback/bonuses/etc. and costs of providing software/support/marketing/etc, party is still making many many many dollars off my play. Does party want me to go back to ultimatebet, absolute, and pokerstars????
